Over the course of his career, Greg has tried cases to juries all across the state of Texas – from Austin to Gilmer, from Dallas and Fort Worth to Waxahachie and Denton, and from Longview to Houston. This experience as a trial lawyer, together with the variety of his cases and his experience and training in the mediation process, makes Greg a mediator who knows how to get cases resolved.
Greg is qualified to accept court-appointed mediations, by virtue of completing the 40-hour mediation training course approved by the State Bar of Texas. Mediations can be scheduled at facilities in Dallas, Fort Worth, or Arlington. Upon agreement of the parties and their attorneys, mediations can be conducted at your office or other facility, or at another mutually agreeable site. Greg is also available to conduct mediations outside the Metroplex, with appropriate arrangements for travel.
Mediation sessions are typically scheduled on a half-day or full-day basis, although multiple-day mediations can be arranged in certain cases.
Greg conducts his mediation practice through Gilbert Mediation Group. For rates and other information about mediation, please visit the Gilbert Mediation Group site at gmgtexas.com
